Kindle cases are eligible for store credit only within 30 days of purchase — as long as they’re still in their original packaging and haven’t been introduced to snack crumbs or sticker collections.

No refunds will be issued (even if someone swore it was the right Kindle model). So, pretty please, double-check your device before ordering. We say this with love... and a mildly judgmental side-eye from our twins.
